2023 500ml Tribal Blend Olive Oil

The Séka Hills team and Tribal Citizens identified the very best 2023 harvest oils from our estate orchards to create this proprietary blend of 100% California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The olives, harvested and milled in November and early December produced this graceful and flavorful oil of delicate to medium intensity has fruity olive and herbaceous aromas, followed by flavors of fresh herbs, green tea and black pepper. The pleasant pungency and bitterness of this distinct and harmonious oil, come together for a pleasant, gentle finish. Enjoy as a condiment, enriching cheeses, salads, and finished dishes.
