2018 Syrah Bottle
Wine pours a vibrant amethyst color. The aromas are berry crumble, hay, earth, chocolate, and toasted oak. This wine is luscious with a prolonged fruit impact that is balanced with oak and hint of acidity.
For thousands of years, Wintun people have lived in California’s Capay Valley, tending the natural resources and creating eternal bonds with the land. Today, much of this land is planted with vineyards and carefully nurtured crops. The tribal legacy of environmental respect and stewardship continues through the care and nurturing of the grapes in this Séka Hills wine, named for the blue mountains of our homeland. -Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation
