2023 500ml Picual Olive Oil

Our Picual orchards are just across the road and border the Séka Hills Olive Mill and Tasting Room. These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to our world-class Alpha Laval mill. Picual, is the most widely planted olive in Spain and in California is rapidly becoming known as distinctive, nuanced oil with its classic tomato leaf aroma. With green tomato and olive aromas, this distinct and harmonious oil is followed by nuanced flavors of fresh herbs, green tea and black pepper. Some bitterness and bold pungency come together for a sparkling finish.

• Finishes cream-based dishes beautify (soups, ice cream, fresh cheese)

• Use it to enhance salads, vegetables, fish and grilled chicken and meats and drizzle over  grilled peaches and pineapple
