2017 Harvest. Limited availability, only 1360 gallons produced. The Taggiasca olive hails from Liguria and is known for its fruity and delicate nature. Our Taggiasca Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an exclusive offering at our Tasting Rooms, online store and a few specialty food retailers. Our Taggiasca orchard is just across the road from the Séka Hills Olive Mill and Tasting Room. These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to our world-class Alpha Laval mill. As a finishing oil, with herbaceous aromas of bay leaf and thyme with nutty and green tea flavors. It complements seafood, fish and vegetables.
