2017 250ml Frantoio Olive Oil
2017 Harvest. Limited availability, only 1520 gallons produced. From the 44-acre estate orchards, just across the road from the Mill and Tasting Room in the heart of the Capay Valley, these olives were harvested and milled immediately. These are of limited availability, and available in the Tasting Room, on our website and at a few specialty food retailers.
The grand olive of Tuscany, this bright, peppery oil, with a hint of bitter has a green grassy aroma and flavors of artichoke, green almond, and black pepper. It sparkles in the mouth and has a long finish.
